Arrow Design, PLLC is a residential design and structural engineering firm located on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Founded in 2016 by an engineer, we specialize in custom home design with a focus on balancing form with function. Whether you are an individual looking for your dream home or a builder in need of a portfolio of plans, Arrow Design can help. In addition to residential design, we are also a fully licensed structural engineering firm that can provide structural consulting services from Miami, FL to Philadelphia, PA (see service areas).

Brad has 17+ years of experience in residential design and construction. Starting out as a log home designer, he has grown to encompass a wide variety of home styles. Additionally, he has been a licensed professional engineer for the past 9 years with experience in wood design, concrete design, and residential forensic engineering.
